What is Trampoline and Tumbling?

This discipline includes two main components. Trampoline involves performing controlled jumps, twists, and flips on a regulation trampoline, building height and spatial awareness. Tumbling takes place on a spring-assisted runway or floor, where athletes perform series of acrobatic movements like handsprings, round-offs, and flips in a straight line.   4. Tumbling Fundamentals: Mastering cartwheels, round-offs, and handstands on the floor.
  5. Advanced Tumbling: Developing back handsprings, front handsprings, and connecting them into tumbling passes.
  6. Conditioning: Building the strength, power, and flexibility needed for more advanced skills.
